You'll provide one-on-one nursing care to school-aged pediatric clients in their homes. You'll perform clinical assessments, administer medication, and deliver the highest-quality care to children aged 3+. Enjoy autonomy and 24/7 clinical support as part of a dedicated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver nursing care to pediatric clients according to care plan
• Administer medication, treatment, and therapy
• Perform clinical assessments and provide family education
• Manage trach vent care if assigned

📋 Requirements

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• Ability to travel to cases in Erie County
• Strong assessment and communication skills
