💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise analytics function, building dbt models and Metabase dashboards that power decision-making across the company. You'll personally own the reporting infrastructure and surface actionable insights for the SLT. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership in a high-impact, autonomous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain core dbt models for finance, product, sales, and customer success
• Own the enterprise analytics and reporting infrastructure as single source of truth
• Proactively identify analytical gaps and build reporting before stakeholders ask
• Serve as technical admin for Metabase and Heap, ensuring accurate dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on Snowflake optimization
• dbt model building in a production environment
• Salesforce data modeling expertise including object structure and quality challenges

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Zendesk, or Gong data structures
• Experience supporting M&A due diligence or system migrations
• Experience driving AI/ML or automation initiatives
