You'll ensure subservicer activity is accurate and compliant, validating billing, payments, and reconciliations. You'll support investor and state audits by pulling documentation and resolving discrepancies. This role is critical to maintaining servicing quality and risk control at a leading sustainable-finance tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor subservicer daily billing, payment application, and account maintenance
• Lead audit support by validating documentation and performing payment tracing
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies across systems and records
• Review audit findings and draft dispute responses with supporting data

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in servicing operations, financial ops, or audit support
• Strong understanding of financial reconciliations and payment processing
• Experience with subservicer or vendor oversight preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
