📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years of strong management experience in sales, warehouse, and inventory
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and leading a branch or retail showroom team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Customer service experience of at least 2 years
• Ability to motivate and develop staff in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
