Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years experience working in or with product teams
- Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and decision processes including solution reviews, roadmap prioritization, and annual planning
- Identify and implement product management tools, processes, and best practices
- Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to track product performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations, resource allocation, and risk management
- Manage a team driving major technical and product-driven cross-functional projects
