💼 About This Role

You'll join the apparel manufacturing team to ensure garments meet quality standards before shipment. Your daily work involves inspecting sewn products for defects and collaborating with production teams to maintain consistent quality output. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced cut & sew knit manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect garments for defects such as holes, stains, and shading
• Measure garments to ensure accuracy against specifications
• Log quality issues and report repetitive findings to supervisor
• Perform trimming, pressing, and packaging of final products

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in quality control for apparel manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish
• Proficiency in computer skills including Google Sheets
• Capability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 50 lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cut & sew knits
• Familiarity with 5S standards
• Bilingual English/Spanish
