Description

You will provide high-level support for customers using bare-metal GPU fleets on CoreWeave Cloud, diagnosing and triaging issues, coordinating with data center technicians, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve reliability. You'll work across growing data centers in the US and Europe, supporting AI workloads at scale.

Requirements

• Experience in data centers, GPU clusters, or hardware troubleshooting
• Intermediate knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Experience with NVIDIA GPUs, HPC, and large-scale data centers
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ansible)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for bare-metal GPU fleets
• Diagnose, triage, and investigate customer issues and incidents
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with Data Center Technicians
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base
• Participate in on-call rotation for production clusters
