🎯 What You'll Do

• Own market strategy and P&L
• Lead day-to-day operations across sales, support, and clinical delivery
• Hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams
• Build relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of analytical, strategic operations experience
• Track record leading a company or market through 3-4x YoY growth
• Experience managing an 8-9 figure P&L
• Experience scaling operations teams from ~15 to 45+
