💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. Your core impact is helping train new recruits and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets. This part-time role offers a chance to step into leadership while staying hands-on with the merch you love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills.

• Experience with cash register and POS systems.
