Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Klaviyo, you will serve as the trusted advisor for ~40 customers, developing tailored success plans to drive platform adoption and achieve their business goals. You'll work cross-functionally to provide strategic guidance and tactical support, helping customers scale their businesses using Klaviyo's marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer success experience with multi-stakeholder relationship management
  • Experience explaining software features to achieve goals
  • Creative problem-solving skills for customers
  • Experience in marketing or advising on marketing strategy
  • Comfortable discussing renewals, upgrades, and cancellations

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor for ~40 customers
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive platform adoption and achieve goals
  • Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to increase revenue
  • Proactively review customer performance and resolve issues
  • Work cross-functionally with Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams
