You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development for a pop culture-driven brand. You'll drive sales and build customer relationships while helping eliminate hunger. This role blends operations, merchandising, and team leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Oversee shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Age 18 years or older
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds
