💼 About This Role

You'll manage Managed Medicaid channel growth by developing relationships with health plans and agencies. You'll support Medically Tailored Meal programs through responsive account management and expand referral pathways. This role covers Northern CA with up to 30% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Present products to managed care organizations and providers
• Build efficient sales routes and schedule educational presentations
• Drive sales forecast performance and key initiatives
• Maintain CRM database and document sales activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' healthcare sales experience in managed care, long-term care, or home health
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programs
• Experience with CRM or Salesforce sales software

• Licensed social worker or nursing case manager
• Familiar with CalAIM and Community Supports
• Consultative networking experience
