You'll join Coupa's global Commercial Legal team, supporting key contractual activities and driving operational efficiency. You'll negotiate commercial documents, improve contract management processes, and interact with stakeholders across multiple regions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate NDAs, amendments, and commercial contracts.
• Improve contract management systems and processes.
• Collaborate with legal teams on process improvements.
• Research and gather facts for dispute matters.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• 1-3 years in contract management or paralegal role.
• Fluency in English with excellent drafting skills.
• Experience in in-house commercial/B2B transactions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple jurisdictions (NA, EMEA).
• Fluency in Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese.
