Description

As a Workshop & Repair Manager, you will oversee vehicle repair operations, manage workshop facilities, coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, and ensure fleet readiness and safety through efficient inventory and parts management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor in automotive workshop/dealership
• Experience in warehouse/facility management with inventory control and equipment procurement
• Safety-first mindset and attention to operational detail and documentation
• Comfort in dynamic, technical environment using dashboards and internal tools
• Native Japanese and conversational English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment (5S)
• Procure and manage tools and shop equipment
• Schedule repairs and track vehicle status across locations to minimize downtime
• Manage end-to-end parts lifecycle including sourcing and inventory tracking
• Liaise with third-party vendors for service and repairs, handle negotiations and vendor performance
