🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architecture and design decisions on core enrichment services
• Lead large cross-team projects from inception to production
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on technical growth
• Define technical standards for multi-language backend development

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Expertise in designing scalable distributed systems using Go, Python, Java, or Scala
• Demonstrated leadership in setting technical vision across teams
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability
