💼 About This Role

You'll own the internal AI automation roadmap across sales, operations, support, and people teams. You'll design, build, and ship production AI automations using LLM APIs and low-code platforms. This role is ideal for a pragmatic builder with strong product instincts and a bias to ship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run quarterly automation discovery sessions with team leads
• Design, build, and ship 2-3 production AI automations per month
• Wire LLM APIs into workflows with strong prompt design
• Instrument every automation with metrics and maintain prompt library

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years building production automations or internal tools
• Hands-on experience with at least one low-code automation platform like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato
• Comfortable integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real workflows
• SQL fluency and light scripting in Python or JavaScript

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building agentic workflows with LangGraph or CrewAI
• Vector database experience for retrieval-grounded automations
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce data models
