Description

You will support and optimize technologies enabling account management and support teams, including Salesforce, telephony, and marketing automation. Responsibilities include process analysis, CRM management, quantitative analysis, and team education. Partner with leaders to drive efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flow)
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent
• Platform Developer I Certification (II or Architect preferred)
• Expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (AWS, REST/SOAP APIs)

Responsibilities

• Manage technology stack including Salesforce, telephony, and marketing automation
• Configure integrations between proprietary systems and Salesforce
• Develop advanced Salesforce functionality (Apex, Flows, LWC)
• Build and automate reporting for account management and ops leadership
• Conduct training on new solutions and process changes
