Description

You will own the full lifecycle of customer security telemetry, from ingestion to storage in our data lake, driving scalability and reliability of the infrastructure. You'll define data lake architecture, establish DevOps practices, and provide technical leadership to a lean team.

Requirements

• Strong backend and data systems experience with high-throughput ingestion systems
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Node.js
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis), and large-scale data lake design
• Production-grade infrastructure practices including zero-downtime migrations, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), CI/CD
• Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes) for stateful services

Responsibilities

• Own and scale ingestion platform end-to-end with zero-downtime deployment patterns
• Design and operate high-throughput ingestion pipelines with resilience under failure modes
• Define and evolve data lake architecture including storage layout, partitioning, schema design
• Build platform foundations like deployment pipelines, per-tenant quota systems, synthetic load testing
• Establish reliability standards, define SLOs, and drive incident response and observability
