🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor client platform implementations
• Become a Deel product expert and resource for customers
• Communicate with stakeholders and align use cases
• Resolve complex problems with global payroll expertise

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Korean and Japanese plus English
• 2+ years in customer onboarding or implementation for B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail in designing onboarding plans

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years in implementation or TAM at fast-paced SaaS company
• Experience with global clients and team members
• Proficiency in JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Gainsight
