You'll uncover insights through A/B testing, build data marts and BI reports, and perform deep-dive analyses to drive results for global nonprofits. This role offers ownership of the analytical process in a collaborative, data-rich environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify key trends in user behavior and develop data-backed product hypotheses
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance
• Create and maintain data marts and BI reports for product and operational metrics
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests to answer critical business and product questions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Expertise in Python and data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn)
