You will partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies, manage employee relations, and drive talent initiatives for your market. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, handle complex HR matters, and support cyclical processes like performance management and compensation planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; Dayforce preferred; advanced MS Office skills
Responsibilities
- Provide HR consultation to a specific market, acting as point of contact for employees and managers
- Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Navigate complex Employee Relations matters including investigations
- Support cyclical HR processes: performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement
- Manage HR projects and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
