You will partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies, manage employee relations, and drive talent initiatives for your market. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, handle complex HR matters, and support cyclical processes like performance management and compensation planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; Dayforce preferred; advanced MS Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consultation to a specific market, acting as point of contact for employees and managers
  • Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Navigate complex Employee Relations matters including investigations
  • Support cyclical HR processes: performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement
  • Manage HR projects and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
