You will lead a team of AI/ML engineers, driving both pre-sales and delivery of AI solutions for enterprise clients. Your work will involve solution design, client presentations, and ensuring quality, scalable project execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering with strong AI/ML exposure
• Proven people management experience (team leadership, hiring, performance management)
• Demonstrated experience in both pre-sales and delivery roles
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (NLP, LLMs, data platforms)
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Drive pre-sales and delivery activities: solution design, client presentations, project execution
• Partner with sales to shape AI opportunities and develop technical proposals
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions ensuring quality, scalability, and client satisfaction
• Define and enforce best practices in AI engineering, MLOps, and system architecture
