Your core impact is making scale, governance, and speed possible without sacrificing craft. You'll start as the sole operator and eventually hire a team to scale beyond yourself.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build the content production system with workflows and quality checks
• Encode the house voice in style guides and evaluators
• Own the editorial calendar, briefs, deadlines, and performance dashboards
• Launch and operate franchises across three content pillars

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years operating in content, editorial, or technical writing
• Built or scaled a content system end-to-end
• Whipsmart writer and editor capable of making drafts 3x better
• Technically fluent in modern AI stack (prompt design, agent workflows, evals)

• Built AI-native content workflows that produced real output
• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-bar publisher
