You'll join Twilio's global Onboarding and Compliance team to support Toll-Free Verification onboarding for customers. You'll ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements while preventing fraudulent activity and streamlining the verification process. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review verification submissions for compliance and conduct KYC checks.
• Perform QA on AI-generated decisions and agent-resolved submissions.
• Analyze verification processes to detect patterns and mitigate risks.
• Handle escalations for complex verification cases.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in operations and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail in document review and risk assessment.

• Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Slack.
