You'll define and execute regional growth strategies for Airbnb's Homes Supply team across EMEA. Your insights will directly shape key initiatives and business reviews. This role requires being based in Barcelona, London, or Paris and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with EMEA Homes Director to define regional strategy and goals.
• Build frameworks to track business performance against OKRs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends and growth opportunities.
• Own the cadence of business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data viz tools.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a two-sided marketplace, travel/hospitality, or tech industry.
• Familiarity with Airbnb's business model and EMEA market landscape.
