Description

You will lead our global SDR organization, owning pipeline creation across three go-to-market motions. This is a hands-on leadership role to optimize and scale an established team, reporting directly to the CMO and partnering with the CRO.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in sales development, 3+ years managing managers
  • Experience with multiple SDR motions (inside, field, international)
  • Track record of improving pipeline quality (S2 acceptance, S3 conversion)
  • Strong collaboration with marketing on account-based strategy
  • B2B SaaS background required

Responsibilities

  • Own global SDR pipeline creation targets with quality metrics
  • Develop three SDR managers
  • Execute allbound model: inbound, outbound, ABM
  • Own SDR compensation model and quarterly calibration
  • Report pipeline health to CMO and CRO
