Description
You will lead our global SDR organization, owning pipeline creation across three go-to-market motions. This is a hands-on leadership role to optimize and scale an established team, reporting directly to the CMO and partnering with the CRO.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales development, 3+ years managing managers
- Experience with multiple SDR motions (inside, field, international)
- Track record of improving pipeline quality (S2 acceptance, S3 conversion)
- Strong collaboration with marketing on account-based strategy
- B2B SaaS background required
Responsibilities
- Own global SDR pipeline creation targets with quality metrics
- Develop three SDR managers
- Execute allbound model: inbound, outbound, ABM
- Own SDR compensation model and quarterly calibration
- Report pipeline health to CMO and CRO
