You will take ownership of global customers, providing consultative advice and driving long-term success. Act as a strategic and operational partner to clients, linking them with digital platforms and Smartly. You'll manage a book of business and build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years digital marketing experience (paid social/Google), ideally in SaaS/MarTech/AdTech
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of paid social, Google, and digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow book of business across DV360, TikTok, YouTube, Meta
  • Build trust-based relationships with client and partner stakeholders
  • Guide Smartly adoption to improve client stickiness and performance
  • Drive strategic alignment by translating customer goals into tailored success plans
  • Monitor account health signals and proactively address risks
