💼 About This Role

You'll support Department of Veterans' Affairs as an onsite Systems Administrator, analyzing problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on veteran healthcare IT systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using Service Now
• Provision and image desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Conduct system monitoring and analysis to identify risks

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of system administration experience with HS diploma, or 2+ years with BS degree
• Experience maintaining high volume/availability systems
• Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft SCOM tools
• Scripting experience
• Experience with McAfee
