• Organized, detail-oriented, thrives in dynamic multi-stakeholder environments
• Collaborative and proactive communicator, connects people and resources to achieve goals
• Comfortable with data and reporting
• Experience with large global brands, self-starter with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee Martech workstreams, establish project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project scope and budgets, adjust plans and resources as needed
• Lead key meetings, capture actions, and maintain project momentum
• Keep project management tools (Asana, Jira) updated and run weekly stand-ups
• Own project status reporting and maintain version-controlled documentation
