💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for a staffing agency, supporting client hiring needs. Your core impact is sourcing and evaluating candidates while ensuring compliance with interim regulations. You'll also handle candidate relationship management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect client hiring needs and write job descriptions
• Source candidates via job boards, CV databases, and networks
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills and motivation
• Manage administrative registrations and monitor assignments

📋 Requirements

• HR and/or commercial training
• 2-3 years experience in recruitment and/or sales in business services
