💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26) in a hybrid model at Blackbird Health. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and build strong therapeutic relationships. This role offers a predictable base salary with opportunities for additional earnings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and families
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

📋 Requirements

• Licensed as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Virginia
• One year of experience providing individual direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET weekdays and/or weekends

• Experience with evidence-based practices for children and adolescents
• Proficiency with Google Suite and EMR systems
