You'll manage existing customer portfolios for Paytm's Payment Gateway business, driving growth and cross-selling. You'll build long-lasting client relationships and hit sales targets. This role offers the chance to shape India's largest digital lending story.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire new merchants for corporate payments
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by managing sales team
• Design and implement strategic business plan for customer base
• Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales reps

📋 Requirements

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and negotiation skills
• Understanding of Key Clients' needs and customized solutions
