You'll drive UI/UX design for Mission Control software used in aerospace operations, shaping intuitive interfaces for complex workflows. You'll lead discovery, synthesize user feedback, and own the design process from research to high-fidelity Figma designs, ensuring scalable, operator-centered experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive UI/UX design for Mission Control applications.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, operators, and customers.
• Conduct and synthesize UX research including interviews and usability testing.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.

📋 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for complex software.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma including components and design systems.
• Strong UI design fundamentals in layout, typography, and accessibility.
• Strong UX research skills including user interviews and usability testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for aerospace, defense, or mission operations.
• Experience with responsive design across desktop and tablet.
• Experience mentoring designers or formalizing design systems.
