Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
  • Experience in outbound sales or strong customer service background
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Outstanding phone and written communication skills
  • CRM experience is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Outbound cadences via email, call, social media to generate new business
  • Facilitate and conduct discovery meetings with high-value prospects
  • Set qualified introductory meetings for Sales team
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate value proposition
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline attribution
