Description

You will lead a data science organization to evolve trust and safety systems from reactive moderation to proactive, metrics-driven operations. You'll set strategy, operationalize leading indicators, and partner with product, engineering, and policy teams to improve user and content understanding at scale.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in quantitative field or equivalent
• 10+ years in Data Science, Algorithmic Engineering, or ML
• 5+ years managing data science organizations including managers
• Deep experience with statistical analysis, causal inference, and experiment design
• Experience leveraging AI agentic approaches for data science

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and priorities across Trust Safety, User Understanding, and Content Understanding
• Operationalize leading indicators for integrity and understanding quality
• Hire, develop, and lead a team of data science managers and senior ICs
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Policy to ship end-to-end improvements
• Advance AI-driven content user understanding and measurement frameworks
