💼 About This Role

You'll assist in creating and maintaining product data records across Salesforce and other platforms, supporting data hygiene and catalog upkeep for a technology services company. Your work ensures accurate, consistent product information for the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain product, services, and SKU data records across platforms
• Identify and flag duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent product information
• Pull and organize routine data reports for senior team members
• Support agentic AI systems by running predefined workflows and logging outputs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a technology services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of AI Prompting and Agentic AI approach

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP platforms
• Exposure to Power BI
• Familiarity with product catalogs, SKU structures, or inventory management
