You'll build and manage the full marketing engine for a new vertical at Dandy, directing agency partners and owning affiliate and events strategy. You'll operate with real autonomy and report directly to senior leadership. This role was built for someone who gets energy from bringing order to ambiguity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct agency partners to execute marketing campaigns
• Own affiliate and events marketing strategy
• Develop in-house marketing capabilities over time
• Report progress and adjust plans to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience with omnichannel expertise
• Proven ability to manage and direct external agencies
• Experience launching new products with GTM teams
• Executive communication skills to package progress for leadership

• Experience marketing to SMBs in healthcare or dental
• Familiarity with B2B2C or two-sided market dynamics
• Background in editorial, publishing, or brand building
