Description

You will own the operational execution of investor lifecycle processes including KYC/AML, professionalisation, and payment operations. Acting as the primary oversight lead for outsourced service providers, you'll solve complex investor structures compliantly while partnering with Product teams to automate workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years full-time AML/KYC or operations experience in financial services or fintech
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, Law or related field preferred
• Understanding of AML/KYC frameworks (e.g., FATF, EU AML Directives)
• Pragmatic problem solver with judgment to distinguish hard regulatory 'no' from complex 'how-to'
• Technical aptitude with structured data and tools (HubSpot, ComplyAdvantage) or AI

Responsibilities

• Act as primary oversight lead for external Luxembourgish KYC/AML service providers
• Solve complex investor structures (Trusts, SPVs) with compliant document solutions
• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding and partner with Product teams to implement automated solutions
• Oversee MiFID II appropriateness testing and professionalisation checks
• Support technical execution of distributions and reconciliation of investor-level capital calls
