You'll support menu innovation for Insomnia Cookies' iconic cookies and ice cream, acting as the operational engine behind the product pipeline. You'll coordinate testing, tastings, and cross-functional launches to bring new flavors from concept to commercialization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate testing and documentation for product prototypes
• Own monthly Tasting Tuesday consumer feedback sessions
• Manage project timelines and cross-functional follow-ups
• Support brand activations for photoshoots and marketing campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in food product development or R&D
• Hands-on baking or kitchen testing experience
• Recipe documentation and specification management skills
• Foundational food science knowledge including sensory evaluation

• Familiarity with Genesis R&D Suite or Compusense
