💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy LLM-powered applications to extract insights from conversational data for strategic decision-making. You'll work with product and engineering teams to transition GenAI prototypes into scalable production systems. This role combines applied machine learning and modern software engineering in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for conversational intelligence
  • Build multi-step AI workflows including RAG, orchestration, routing, and agent patterns
  • Define and implement evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs (quality, safety, reliability)
  • Work with large-scale datasets using Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Develop clean, maintainable Python code and contribute to engineering best practices

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience (or Master's with 3+) in data science or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern software development for AI systems
  • Deep experience with NLP and text-based applications including transformer models and embeddings
  • Hands-on expertise with LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph

  • Experience with RAG systems and agent-based AI workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or Databricks
