You'll own client deployments from design to go-live, serving as the single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between engineering and the messy reality of large carriers to deliver undeniable ROI. This role is part of a high-growth AI-native startup, rebuilding the $280B insurance foundation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own multiple client deployments from post-sale design through go-live
• Work with client teams on architecture, data models, and workflow design
• Turn messy client reality into clear plans with milestones and risks
• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to translate client needs

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in roles combining technical depth and client ownership
• Exceptional communication and client presence
• Strong structured thinking to break complex implementations into clear plans
• High agency and ability to thrive in ambiguity

• CS or similar technical degree
• Software engineering internship or early engineering experience
• Consulting or solutions background in high-performance environment
