🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide superior customer service and issue resolution to clients and advisors.
• Interpret plan documents and communicate improvements to clients and partners.
• Analyze census to determine eligibility and calculate employer contributions.
• Perform annual non-discrimination tests and discuss results with clients.

📋 Requirements

• QKA designation or willingness to attain
• 3+ years in account manager or similar role
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS & DOL regulations for qualified plans
• Excel and other Microsoft applications proficiency
