  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across bioservices offerings.
  • Build and maintain client relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO organizations.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation.
  • Develop project budgets and pricing models with internal experts.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant sales experience, or Master's with 2+ years, or PhD with 0-1 years.
  • Proven track record in business development within pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environments.
  • Experience selling lab services such as biobanking, sample preparation, or specialty laboratory solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with scientific and executive-level stakeholders.
