You'll own a book of business, driving Crisp's growth by coaching business owners to expand their market leadership. You'll blend high-accountability coaching with practical business and operational guidance to drive measurable outcomes for clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead clients through high-stakes situations like executive departures or operational breakdowns
• Analyze P&Ls, identify margin issues, and recommend concrete financial changes
• Own and manage each client's Strategic Growth Roadmap and adapt coaching focus
• Document coaching calls with clear summaries and action items

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of business leadership experience in operations, finance, sales, or client success
• Proven track record of driving growth in businesses generating $5M–$100M+ revenue
• AI-forward with demonstrated ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for client outcomes
• Senior operations/executive leadership role with full-business ownership and P&L responsibility

• Executive-level presentation experience for C-suite audiences
• Military background
• Legal industry exposure or financial fluency (CPA, financial advisory)
