💼 About This Role

You'll join an integrated team of automation specialists on a large-scale arena touring production, assisting with assembly, operation, and disassembly of automation flying systems and performance rigging. You'll help maintain artistic integrity while adhering to Best Practice Safety Standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Setup and teardown of rigging, trussing, automation systems, and winch motors.
• Repair and maintain automation equipment per safety standards.
• Follow cues to maintain production quality and creative vision.
• Comply with safety procedures and improve departmental efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree in Technical Theatre or 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Experience with automation drive racks, winches, and variable speed motors.
• Ability to tour year-round domestically and internationally.
• Knowledge of load limits and how to set them.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Stage Technologies, TAIT, or similar automation technologies.
• Forklift or aerial lift operator certification.
• Rope, aircraft cable splicing, and Nico press skills.
