Description

In this role, you will support the operational success of our facilities by planning, coordinating, and executing key facilities initiatives across office, production, manufacturing, and testing environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and safe operations, with a focus on MEP systems and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience leading facilities operations in Class A building, manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with MEP systems and preventative maintenance programs
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and ERP systems
• Experience supporting vendor management and service contracts
• Must be a U.S. Person

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute facilities operations across multiple office and industrial environments
• Oversee MEP projects from scope to completion for multiple sites
• Manage incoming facilities service requests and prioritize workstreams
• Manage vendor relationships for preventative and corrective maintenance
• Support infrastructure needs including equipment setup and facility improvements
