You'll manage 4-5 client accounts for a rapidly growing tax and accounting firm specializing in e-commerce businesses. Your core impact will be delivering accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting for Shopify-based clients. This role offers independence and client interaction in a fully remote startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 4-5 client accounts independently
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare financial reports and sales tax filings
• Communicate directly with clients on accounting inquiries

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes
• Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce accounting (Shopify)
• Familiarity with sales tax processes or Avalara
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
