You'll lead a team of Account Executives and Client Development managers while owning full-cycle sales to mid-market and enterprise advertisers. You'll drive pipeline creation and convert advertisers using Tatari's AI-powered TV advertising platform. This role blends people leadership with individual contribution in a high-growth AdTech environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of AEs and CD managers.
  • Own full sales cycle from pipeline creation to contract execution.
  • Identify and convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers.
  • Collaborate with revenue leadership on strategic initiatives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years selling performance-driven advertising solutions (TV, CTV, or AdTech strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota in high-growth sales.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
  • Experience with CTV or linear TV advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
