๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Account Executives and Client Development managers while owning full-cycle sales to mid-market and enterprise advertisers. You'll drive pipeline creation and convert advertisers using Tatari's AI-powered TV advertising platform. This role blends people leadership with individual contribution in a high-growth AdTech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of AEs and CD managers.
- Own full sales cycle from pipeline creation to contract execution.
- Identify and convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers.
- Collaborate with revenue leadership on strategic initiatives.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years selling performance-driven advertising solutions (TV, CTV, or AdTech strongly preferred)
- 3+ years people management experience
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota in high-growth sales.
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
โจ Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution.
- Experience with CTV or linear TV advertising.
- Bachelor's degree required.
