You'll lead S&OP and master production scheduling to align factory output with customer demand while minimizing inventory. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to produce a plan consistent with capacity and forecasts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate sales orders with master schedule and coordinate resources
• Analyze risks in Master Production Schedule options
• Maintain raw material and finished goods inventory at target levels
• Identify and execute inventory reduction projects

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in materials management or manufacturing
• Strong background in planning parameters (MOQ, safety stock, reorder points)
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
