🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead machine operators and farm crews in daily harvesting activities
• Manage policy deployment for lean harvesting and quality improvement
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and headcount to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

📋 Requirements

• Agriculture/Farm Operations experience
• Pesticide Applicator License
• Ability to operate tractors, harvesters, forklifts, and spraying equipment
• Willingness to work outdoors in direct sunlight and weather 90% of time

• Secondary Education in Turf Management or Ag Business
